We are looking for drivers that have at least 1 year of recent verifiable OTR commercial driving experience, with a good MVR, a Class A commercial drivers’ license, and want to work in a team environment which is committed to safety and service, and uses electronic logs. Driver Manager/Van Dispatcher
On a daily basis, driver managers are responsible for managing a fleet of up to 40 individuals. This includes maintaining equipment/driver utilization, dispatching drivers, aiding in route planning, coordinating driver appointments, problem management and managing drivers’ hours of service.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have strong communication and organization skills, and be able to work 45 – 50 hours a week. A 4 year degree and TMW experience is preferred, but may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
