We are looking for drivers that have at least 1 year of recent verifiable OTR commercial driving experience, with a good MVR, a Class A commercial drivers’ license, and want to work in a team environment which is committed to safety and service, and uses electronic logs. Coordinator of Billing and Reporting
Responsible for customer invoicing and other items related to billing of shipments. Includes the following tasks which are performed electronically: maintaining customer billing records, categorizing driver paperwork to have BOL’s, and reviewing loads which were completed to invoice. Print the invoices and distribute based on customer set up. Invoices will be sent through EDI, email, and snail mail. Follow up and correct issues in billing. Create and send billing reports to management. Respond to customer’s requests for Proof of Delivery. Aid in the business office with Driver Settlements, answering phones, and other projects when needed. This is a full-time position.
